- Submitted forms aren’t saved to anywhere, just emailed to you!
- Location input using a map requires the “Geolocation Addon”, only available in the Pro tier, $200 (normally $400) p.a.
- Tried leveraging GEOmyWP, which can allegedly plug into any form plugin, but it’s only for output of maps, not allowing input
